Okay... if you like extremely authoritative males and BDSM within every day life this is a great erotica book. To me the difference between a romance and erotica is the amount of plot vs. the amount of sex. I define this one as erotica because it's definitely heavy on the sex - lots of seriously hot, steamy foreplay and sex.And oh are these cowboys yummy. Considerate, alpha, dominating and downright sexy. I would be happy to be sent on a discrete assignment to them! Geez!
The low point of this book is definitely the plot, but to be honest I don't really care. The romance / erotic parts were well written and they were definitely the focus of the book. There's a bit of danger and Heroine getting over her past that plays a part as well but they're very minor parts and to be honest I preferred it that way. If you want something that's all about darn good well-written cowboy BDSM sex, this is a great find.

Loved the characters
It was definitely hot sex with 2 sexy cowboys. The story line obviously focused around the sex & not the story. If you're looking for a book with lots of sex & a very easy plot? this is it. It was exactly what I was looking for on the day I read it.
Well I just finished reading The Cowboys' Submissive and I have to say, It rocked! It just flowed beautifully and was touching and sexy, oh and smokin hot! Great writing and character development,nicely edited and an interesting storyline. I just love getting lost in a terrific book! I can't wait for my husband to get home from work tonight!
Being one reader that can have reservations about a story, surprise on the content was great! I will definitely be reading more of Jane Pearls writing. I enjoyed Brett and Adams Dom lifestyles and throw in Maria's sudden need to hide from a bad situation applauding seemed the only thing to do. Add in a Happy Ever After and this novella jumped to the top of my quick good reads list.
The Cowboys's submissive was Avery hot well written story. It gave one the instructions on how to train a submissive. It was surrounded by a good story as well. The brothers took their time and trained Honey to be the perfect submissive. So much so, they eventually fell in love and wanted to keep her as their own.

I enjoyed the reading of this book. I really liked the premise and can see how it has to potential to have other books in a series. In this one, two ranchers who live in a remote area want a woman readily available. Our heroine needs to hide away somewhere remote. Perfect fit, eh? Now, she just has to be submissive.
The scenes are hot and steamy. I mean HAWT and steamy. And this book has some drama too.
Cons to the book? A bit short for my taste, but - the book was free, so I can't complain.
